Garrett is an amazingly knowledgeable real estate agent. It was my first time buying a home and I got a recommendation from a family member to use Garrett as my agent because of his expert knowledge of the San Gabriel Valley area and ability to connect with new home buyers. Garrett far and away exceeded all expectations. He did an excellent job explaining the whole buying process and giving me guidance every step of the way. He helped connect me with the bank to get a great loan rate and worked for me at every step of the process. He also worked extremely hard to make sure everything was in order. This may be the most standard recommendation I can give but with Garrett, you're getting a real estate agent who's done this so many times it is literally boring.
